The CAMDA'03 vendor fair will be held on November 13th - 14th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel in Durham, North Carolina.

Vendors Receive:

• Complete list of attendees and their email addresses upon their permission
• 30x60 cloth covered table
• Lunch provided for vendor participants
• Electrical outlets are available
• One person from each company may attend the conference at no charge (person must register through the CAMDA registration page)

Additional Information:

• Handouts, brochures, etc. can be shipped to Emily Allred at the address listed below.
• Setup begins at 9:00 a.m. tear down must be completed by 5:00 p.m.
• The vendor is responsible for shipment of their own equipment and supplies once the vendor fair is completed.
